SMS Terms of Service

SMS Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our quote/booking form, you consent to receive text messages from Connecticuts finest movers related to your booking. These messages are service-related (not marketing) and include:
- Booking confirmations and reminders
- Crew arrival and status notifications
- Move-day updates and prerequisites
- Job completion and payment links
- Post-move review requests
Consent & Opt-In
Your consent to receive SMS is obtained when you submit a quote or booking request with your phone number and check the SMS opt-in checkbox. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any services. You can request a quote via email or phone without opting in to SMS.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Typically 3-8 messages per booking, sent only when there is a relevant update about your move. You will not receive more than 15 messages per month.

"Your move is booked! Booking #Q-00123, Monday, March 15, 2026. View details: [portal link]"
"Your crew is on the way! Estimated arrival: 9:00 AM. Track live: [tracking link]"
"Your move is complete! Total: $1,250. Pay here: [payment link]. Leave a review: [review link]"
"Your move is TODAY! Please complete: sign estimate, confirm inventory. Visit your portal: [portal link]"
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Connecticuts finest movers. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also contact us at connecticutsfinestmovers@gmail.com to opt out.

Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Costs & Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.Connecticuts finest movers does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Check your mobile plan for details.
Privacy
Your phone number and messaging data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Connecticuts finest movers only uses your phone number to send service-related notifications about your moving booking. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
